It’s no big secret that Christian’s everywhere are a bit up in arms. We feel as though we have been violated by our government in many ways, by our school systems and by those we trust the most. At some point, Christian’s feel that they lost their voice and over the past couple of years I have actually heard a few Christian’s begin speaking out against the things going on. The sad thing is that it is time that we realize that we live in a secular world and if we aren’t careful this bitterness that we have bottled up inside us is going to seep out to the point that we are never going to be able to accomplish any good in the world that is around us.
Though we may feel we had no choice in many matters that are coming to light by the bucket loads now the fact of the matter is we in fact had a chance, our parents before us had a chance and well we could just continue on passing the buck. Trying to pinpoint when we lost control has become a mute point and frankly at this point I honestly don’t think it matters. What does matter is the fact that at the current moment we are raising our little ones in a secular world, who will in turn raise our grandchildren in a world that is far worse than this.
Over the next couple weeks, we are going to talk about all the different areas of our lives, how they are affected by the secular world that we live in and how we can safeguard ourselves and still be effective. After all, change can not happen to those around us until we ourselves are willing to change. I hope you join us.
Until Next Time Just Keep Soaring 4 Him,
I would like to invite you to my Facebook group Christian Homemakers in Training where we dive into homemaking, motherhood, marriage and group devotions. After all, we all need a safe place to grow together, right?
